Everyone Needs a Great Head Shot
Our diverse clients range from Broadway theater performers, to classical music composers & jazz musicians, to Wall St. analysts. Whether you want a job in theater, to find a mate on okcupid.com, a great new job on linkedin.com, or just an awesome Facebook photo, having an attractive professional head shot portrait of yourself is the first step.
A great headshot has three qualities
It accurately shows what you look like on a great day. It captures a unique and interesting aspect of your personality. It’s engaging and creative. Without all of these characteristics, your headshot is ineffective.
A real spark in your eyes
Having a background as a musician and photojournalist, I believe in a very natural, candid approach to head shot portraits. I aim to capture a spontaneous moment in your life, when there's a real spark in your eyes, and a genuine expression on your face. One of your greatest assets is your individuality. So all you have to do is show up, we take care of the rest.
A Price Within Reach
If you talk to a professional actor you’re likely to hear that $1000 head shots are essential to be taken seriously. This is of course not true. As an independent artist myself, I know what it’s like to save your day job wages and invest them into your dream. When that cost is incredibly high, the pressure to get that PERFECT shot can be overwhelming and sabotage your session. I’m able to offer incredibly competitive prices by keeping overhead low. By using the great outdoors (Ft. Tryon Park) and my own studio space, I’m able to make great head shots accessible to everyone.
